Edgar Salvador, Assoc. AIA

Born in California, educated in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Edgar Salvador brings more than 30 years of experience in all stages of Architectural Design and Construction. Edgar co-owned a recognized architectural practice specialized in automotive design in Argentina prior to moving to the U.S. where he honed his talents at two noted international firms in Florida. Prior to opening his own practice in the U.S., Edgar held the position of Studio Leader at Pavlik Design Team, where he was the professional responsible for numerous automotive projects. He has been directly involved in over 470 automotive projects in the US and internationally; specializing in the design and construction management of Automotive Retail, Service facilities and Gas stations. Other areas of expertise include Multifamily, Hospitality, Commercial, Retail and Residential. Edgar is currently researching modular construction with the use of sustainable materials. Mr. Salvador holds a six year degree and diploma in Architecture and Urban Planning from the UNLP, Universidad Nacional de La Plata, in Argentina, graduating in 1991. Registered architect (CAPBA) in Argentina. He is also a Licensed General Contractor in Florida.

 

Analia Gonzalez

Born and educated in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Analía González brings more than 30 years of experience in all stages of Architectural Planning and Design. Analía worked for various recognized architectural practices and International office furniture outfits specializing in Corporate Interior Planning and Design, Color and Material selection and office equipment specification in Argentina prior to moving to the U.S. where she co-started A+E Design Team with Edgar Salvador. Analía was Product Manager for Milliken Carpet and USG Interiors International. She has been directly involved providing design services to numerous international firms. Some of her clients included: Aoki Corp., Banco de Boston, Banco Frances, Citibank, Banco Holandes, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Ciba-Geigy, Rhone- Poulac, Telecom, Startel, Aguas Argentinas, Diario La Nación, Comercial del Plata, Harteneck-Lopez, Activa A.F.J.P., Volkswagen, Kuwait Embassy, Siemmens-Itron, Price- Waterhouse, Interbanking, and United Airlines among others. Mrs. González holds a six year degree and diploma in Architecture and Urban Planning from the UNLP, Universidad Nacional de La Plata, in Argentina, graduating in 1991

 

Jose Ruben Jimenez, R.A. NCARB

Jose Ruben Jimenez, Currently a Licensed Architect in the State of Florida, was Born in Mexico, but raised in Palm Springs, California and he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Woodbury University in Los Angeles. Ruben has lived in South Florida for 14 years and has diverse experience due to his coast to coast exposure. He has 22 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Ruben has managed projects in both the West Coast and East Coast for numerous local and international renowned firms. Ruben has been an influential player in many retail projects. Vast experience in vehicle retail projects such as Lexus, BMW, Toyota, Nissan, and Buick Pontiac and GMC, dealerships in Florida. Other Retail projects involved in consisted of Ft. Lauderdale W Hotel Sales Office and Airport Retail shops and concessions in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and Jacksonville Airports. Has also been involved in public facilities, train support and train maintenance facilities in the Los Angeles region. Ruben also has experience with Private Developers in large and small scale Multi-Family Projects, Mixed Use Projects, Office Buildings and Retail Centers. Ruben was a key player in the approval of these projects through the Zoning Design Review Committees and Public Hearings..
